2/23/19- Chicago Auto Show

502 Cars- Chicago Auto Show, Chicago, Illinois

This is one of first cars that I went to go and see after my mom and I finished the Jeep indoor test track, which was pretty cool to be honest. I really like this car partially because it has a Scat Pack kit on it, but also because it is a lime green Challenger. One aspect of this car that I really love are the headlights because in the night they just look like a monster who is staring you down and ready to fight. Dodge Challenger Scat Pack

This might have to be one of the coolest cars that I saw that I will be putting in this blog post, because when Top Gear reviewed the car they got it to do a wheelie. I love how when Hennessy modifies this car, they made the reflectors mold into the wide body part near the wheels. The Demon is also the highest performance Challenger out there, and is therefore my favorite out of all of them. Dodge/Hennessey Challenger Demon

This was another cool Dodge that was at their setup, I didn’t actually know that they had a Scat Pack Charger which is cool. The color of this is really cool, especially with the matte black spoiler which compliments the gray paint job. I think that there smattered black on the hood just makes the car itself look so much better, not to mention the performance of the car which I am always super picky about. Dodge Charger Scat Pack Edition

This is actually one of the brand new cars that we saw at the show that day, which is super cool because it though that all of the debut cars would have already been unveiled at the Detroit Show. A cool ascetic thing on this car that I really like are the carbon fiber door handles and mirrors, and don’t forget about the splitter and wing! It is surprising how much carbon fiber is on this car, considering that it is a convertible road car! Maserati GranCabrio MC

This was one of the few cars that I guess were on a ‘then and now’ display which is very cool that people thought of that. The interesting thing about this car was that it was kept in perfect condition from when it was first released in the 1980’s. A great aspect of this car, in my opinion are the pop-up headlights which was a key part of every car in the ‘80s. The Original Acura NSX

This was the second part of the ‘then and now’ display, being next to the older NSX pictured above. I love how this car has such aggressive headlights and how they just mold into the front grille. Something cool about this car is how in the last picture you can see the spoiler is cut so that it is able to have the truck open but not have the little bit of carbon fiber on the back snap off in the process of opening the trunk.
