502 Cars 1/6/19

502 Cars- Tafel motors, Audi of Louisville, BMW of St. Matthews, Porsche of Louisville, Maserati of Louisville, and Alfa Romeo of Louisville- Louisville, Kentucky

This was the only car in the showroom at the BMW dealer, but because it was a newer car, this was up for the one car. One thing that I didn’t know about the X2 was that it had the mood lights inside of the car door. I really like the rear lights because of the bubble-like shape that they create near the edge because it is not seen in very many other cars. BMW X2

This is one of the stranger looking cars that I saw today, partially because it looks like the BMW i8, but put through the garbage crusher. A feature that I had no idea about in the i3 was the fact that the rear lights are actually inside the car, and don’t protrude out of the back of the car because they are flush with the back of the glass or plastic on the trunk. I do really love the amount of technology in the car because it can give you a very good sense of what cars have come to today from the first one made by Karl Benz in the year 1886. BMW i3

I was very surprised when I saw this Corvette in the parking lot because I don’t think that I have ever seen one at that dealer but hey, this is Kentucky after all. I thought that it was very crazy that the car had its own WiFi, because there are very few automobiles like this made by Chevrolet. Another minor detail that I noticed which wasn’t necessary because it is very small, but the headlights had the corvette logo engraved on them. Chevrolet Corvette Stingray

This is one of the rarest and most expensive cars that I saw throughout the dealers, other than the R8s(but that is going to be either later or in a second blog). This car has one of my favorite grills because of how menacing it is. The lights also just make the grill look like an angry monster that is trying to beat everything it sees when it is racing. The best thing about this car in my opinion is the button on the steering wheel that opens up the exhaust because it just makes the car sound so much better than it would sound otherwise. Mercedes Benz AMG GT

This is also one of the other most expensive cars that I saw, and surprisingly enough, it was at the Mercedes dealership. A crazy fact about this car is that it is fully customized, the light bar in the front, the rims are one-off size, there is an extra step under the first step, the rim caps are customized, and the paint job is custom. Something that is absolutely insane about this car is that I am about 5’4” and this car is about 3’ taller than me! The car itself is about $250,000, though with all of the attachments it becomes about $300,000 that the owner had to pay. P. S. Shoutout to Joey from the Mercedes dealer for showing me this beauty in the back lot, and also for starting up the GT in the showroom. Mercedes Benz AMG Brabus G550 4x42
